Job Responsibilities:

  • Identification and appointment of B2B Channel Partners
  • Achievement of Sales Targets through B2B Channel Partners      from large enterprise and SME accounts
  • Generating sales leads for Channel Partners through various      sources
  • Responsible to achieve critical business goals through Channel      Partner’s Sales Team – New Account Penetration, Gross      Revenue, Collections, Cost & EBITDA for the given product line
  • Guiding and mentoring direct sales team of Channel Partner
  • Leveraging Channel Partner’s contacts to generate business      leads
  • Accompanying Channel Partner or his sales team in sales calls      to Corporate customers
  • Training & development program for Channel Partner’s direct      sales team
  • Analyzing business trend & performance through various MIS &      trackers
  • Bringing Process improvements & efficiencies
  • Responsible for supporting Channel Partner in terms of making      proposal & presentations, demonstration, techno-commercial      negotiations and order closing
  • Commercial clarification, Technical clarification, follow up,      Objection Handling to ensure the closure of the Channel      Partner’s order
  • Evaluation and documentation of prospect requirement and      Co-ordination with the technical team and propose the right      solution/services to the client effectively
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Marketing and advertising through Mobile: Brand Promotion,      customer engagement, Brand Loyalty and viral marketing by      using IVR/SMS/WAP/APPs
  • Have thorough understanding of Enterprise VAS - Audio      Conference, IVR/OBD, SMS, SMPP, OTP, E-mail, Social Media      Marketing, etc
  • Candidate’s Profile:
